Business Process Analyst

Digital Office is looking for a
**Business Process Analyst**

to join our team and help our clients analyze, improve, and automate business processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, implementation teams, and clients to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear process and functional requirements.

The role combines business process analysis, process modelling, requirements definition, and workflow automation, with a strong focus on designing better ways of working.

**What you'll be doing:**

- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for implementation teams.
- Work closely with Solution Implementation Specialists during solution design and implementation.
- Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the defined business requirements.

**How you’ll work:**

- Work closely with Implementation teams and Customer Process Owners
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency across process analysis, documentation, and delivery.

**What we’re looking for:**

- Previous experience in business analysis, process/project management, delivery manager
- Practical experience with
**BPMN and process modelling (advantage)**
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear process and functional requirements.
- Ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for delivered solutions.

**Nice to have:**

- Experience in
**BPM, workflow automation, or similar enterprise solutions**

- Experience with tools such as Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Jira, or similar.
- Understanding of business rules, forms, approvals, and workflow automation.
