**Role Description**
The Farsi Interpreter role at LanguageBees is a full-time remote position focused on providing accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation between Farsi and English in real time. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, interpreting medical, legal, and general business conversations, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The interpreter will listen carefully to speakers, convey messages faithfully without additions or omissions, and clarify meaning when necessary while staying neutral and unbiased. The role also involves following client-specific protocols, documenting sessions as required, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure service quality. Ongoing participation in training, performance feedback, and skill development is expected to maintain high standards of interpretation
