What you'll do
- Reply to leads via WhatsApp, Idealista, Immobiliare.it & phone
- Qualify budget, dates, occupants, job & documents
- Book and follow up on viewings
- Update the CRM
- Filter out unqualified applicants
- Use AI to work faster
What we need
- **Native-level Italian**
- tested before the interview
- **Fluent English - tested before the interview**
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Fast response time
- Comfortable with AI tools
- Own computer + reliable internet
Pay
**€600–€950/month + €50 per closed deal**
Contractor position. Monthly invoicing. Bank fees covered by LIVYO.
