**About the Role**
We are looking for a creative, results-driven
**Marketing Specialist**
to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and measure performance to continuously improve results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, print, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors
- Manage and optimize content across websites, blogs, social media, and email
- Support paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce promotional materials
- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and tradeshows
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, email, PPC, social)
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
