**Role Description**
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiranë, responsible for overseeing sales operations and store performance within the assigned region. This role manages and guides store managers to achieve sales targets, optimize product assortment, and ensure consistent implementation of company standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, reviewing sales reports, and developing action plans to increase revenue and profitability. The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, and HR to support promotions, staffing, and training initiatives. The role also involves regular store visits, coaching teams to deliver excellent customer experiences, and ensuring alignment with LPP’s brand values and operational procedures.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in multi-store or regional retail management, ideally within fashion or apparel.
- Strong sales leadership skills, including setting targets, analyzing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage and develop diverse teams, provide feedback, and build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory control, and visual presentation standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to work on-site in Tiranë, travel within the region, and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-informed decisions.
- Relevant higher education in business, management, or a related field is preferred; experience may substitute in some cases.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail or sales reporting tools; knowledge of local and English languages is an advantage.
