**Job Description**

We are looking for a detail-oriented
**Junior Procurement Manager**
to support our purchasing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in requests, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams.

**Main Duties:**

- Creating and processing purchase orders in the system
- Reviewing purchase requests for accuracy and completeness
- Communicating with internal departments regarding order confirmations and updates
- Tracking order status and reporting any issues or delays
- Maintaining organized records and documentation for procurement activities

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and process execution
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good command of the English language

**Additional Information**

The place of work will be at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
