**Job description**
We are looking for a
**People & Talent Acquisition Specialist**
to help us find great people and create an even greater employee experience. This role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience, while also supporting various people operations activities.
You will have the opportunity to shape and improve our recruitment and people processes, not just execute them.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the openings within the company and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Conduct HR interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring recommendations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees throughout their journey
- Plan and facilitate performance review cycles
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and company events
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Assist in implementing HR processes, policies, and best practices
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, or an HR Specialist/HR Generalist role.
- Experience in IT recruitment or familiarity with the IT industry would give you a huge advantage
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Familiarity with local labor law
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Team player
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
