Site Visitor Senior Officer – Collection Department/ Retail Risk Division
*Overall job definition :*
**The main goal of the site visitor is the direct contact with the customer (borrower, co-borrower, guarantor) aiming a stronger impact in order to achieve the main goal of total loan repayment through collection tools, and explaining to them the consequences if the loan will be not totally paid.**
*Main responsibilities :*
- Gather information for the customers before starting site visit
- Contacting customers in recovery stage by site visit based on strategies followed by the bank;
- Bring as large cash collected as possible
- Explain the consequences of non-payment
- The field visitor should meet the clients in acceptable places (bank, client premises) and maintain a correct structure of the meeting
- Fulfill loan payment agreement with the customer
- Update customer-related information
- Updates new data (phone numbers or addresses) for the customers.
- Offer to the customer different solutions like counseling, restructuring, repayment plan, debt settlement, voluntary asset sale etc.
- Negotiate a win/win outcome wherever possible
- Data input for every action taken in Collection System;
- Escalate cases as per strategy defined
- Report and give feedback to respective supervisor
- Proposes penalty and/or interest waive, if considered necessary and on Banks’ interest and prepares the agreed template.
*Competencies / Skills :*
- University Degree (preferred Finance / Business Administration / Economics)
- At least 3 yrs of experience in Banking System, especially in loan products and collection, is preferable
- Ability to learn and to adapt to changes
- Very good communication skills
- Good English and computer skills, team work
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
