POWERCHINA is looking for an experienced
**QA/QC Engineer**
to join our international EPC team for a Utility-Scale Solar PV project in North Macedonia.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Perform QA/QC inspections for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
✅ Conduct inspections for PV mounting structures, solar modules, DC/AC cable installation, inverters, transformers, MV stations, earthing systems, and associated equipment.
✅ Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, MIRs, NCRs, inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation.
✅ Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, IEC standards, and quality requirements.
✅ Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
✅ Monitor site quality performance and ensure compliance throughout construction and commissioning.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in Utility-Scale Solar PV, Power Plant, Substation, or EPC projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of Solar PV installation, quality inspections, and EPC construction processes.
✔ Familiar with IEC Standards, ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, and inspection procedures.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
✔ Candidates located in North Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Greece, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, or other European countries are encouraged to apply.
