**Roadside Assistant**
**Overview:**
The Roadside Assistant provides real-time support to drivers experiencing mechanical or breakdown issues on the road. You’ll help coordinate repairs, communicate with vendors, and ensure drivers receive quick and efficient assistance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle incoming calls from drivers regarding truck or trailer issues
- Coordinate roadside repair services across the U.S.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email
- Record and track incidents in company systems
- Assist the Safety Department with related administrative tasks
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous roadside or maintenance experience is a plus
