Project Manager - Real Estate & Construction

We are looking for a
**Project Manager**
to lead and oversee real estate and construction projects from initial planning to final handover. The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience, excellent leadership skills, and deep understanding of local regulations and industry standards.

**What You’ll Do**

·      Manage end-to-end real estate and construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial).

·      Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and schedules, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

·      Oversee all phases of construction, including site research, resource allocation, and technical coordination.

·      Lead cooperation with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, investors, and supervisory engineers.

·      Ensure project execution follows quality standards, safety regulations, and local construction laws.

·      Conduct tendering processes, contract negotiations, and manage cost control and budget adjustments.

·      Coordinate with municipalities and state institutions for permits, documentation, and legal compliance.

·      Prepare financial projections, monitor project costs, and ensure accurate budget reporting.

· Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and investors.

·      Inspect contractor/subcontractor work and ensure quality control of delivered materials and executed works.

·      Manage scope changes, including evaluation, approval, and contract amendments.

·      Prepare complete project documentation and the final handover report / as-built documentation.

·      Lead, motivate, and guide the project team toward achieving project goals.

**What We’re Looking For**

·      University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

·      5–10 years of experience in real estate or construction project management.

·      Strong understanding of local construction regulations, permits, and safety standards.

·      Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and multiple stakeholders.

·      Fluent in Macedonian and English.

·      Leadership mindset and strategic approach.
