**Hiring: Account Manager (Revenue Management Experience Required)**

We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives in client-facing environments and understands how to drive performance through strong communication and revenue-focused decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing accounts while using data, pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance insights to maximise client results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts

Lead regular performance and strategy calls with clients

Analyse revenue trends, KPIs, and account performance metrics

Develop recommendations to improve revenue and business outcomes

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution and client satisfaction

Handle escalations professionally and maintain long-term retention

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Account Manager, Revenue Manager, or Client Success Manager

Strong understanding of revenue management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance reporting

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to clients

Highly organised with strong follow-through

Experience with CRMs and reporting tools is preferred
