**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance based in Tirana, Albania. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, developing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, crafting strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with the company’s broader objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Proven expertise in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance-related decision-making
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of financial data
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
