The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana, Albania. The responsibilities include managing network systems and their security, troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and contributing to network and IT infrastructure maintenance. **Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong foundation in Information Technology principles and practices
- Effective Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving IT-related issues
- Customer Service skills to provide user support and address client needs professionally
- Experience in maintaining IT system reliability and integration in a secure environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Educational background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
