**Role Description**
The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana, Albania. The responsibilities include managing network systems and their security, troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and contributing to network and IT infrastructure maintenance. The role emphasizes ensuring system reliability, security, and operational excellence through hands-on technical expertise and proactive solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong foundation in Information Technology principles and practices
- Effective Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving IT-related issues
- Customer Service skills to provide user support and address client needs professionally
- Experience in maintaining IT system reliability and integration in a secure environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Educational background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
