**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Developer. Open positions are available for Mid-level and Senior profiles.
**Qualifications**
- Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Fluency in Italian (mandatory)
- Willingness to attend a training abroad (mandatory)
