As a Junior Recruiter, you'll work embedded with unicorn-scale tech companies, VC-backed startups, and top executive search partners, learning directly from senior recruiters who have built world-class teams across Europe.
This role is for early-career recruiters who are eager to develop real craft — going beyond basic LinkedIn searches to understand markets, candidate motivations, and how great hiring decisions are actually made.
**What you'll do:**
- Partner with senior recruiters and client leads, contributing to live searches from day one
- Source and engage candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Build market maps and structured candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates and assess fit against client requirements
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets top talent to respond
- Manage candidate communication and coordinate interviews with international hiring teams
- Help shape the candidate experience from first touch through handover
- Learn proven recruitment frameworks and develop into a senior practitioner

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, research, sales development, or a related field
