**About the Role**

This role is ideal if you’re highly technical, systems oriented, and enjoy building practical solutions that improve how businesses operate. You’ll work directly with an international team to implement AI tools, automations, and operational systems that improve efficiency, reporting, and execution across multiple businesses.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Build and maintain AI powered workflows and operational automations
- Implement automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and AI platforms
- Connect CRMs, forms, dashboards, communication tools, and operational systems through APIs and webhooks
- Improve and streamline existing business processes and workflows
- Support setup and maintenance of internal operational systems and tools
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them efficiently
- Troubleshoot automation, integration, and workflow issues
- Document workflows, automations, SOPs, and system maps clearly
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to execute implementation roadmaps
- Ensure automations are reliable, scalable, and delivering measurable operational improvements

**What You Should Bring**

- 2+ years of experience in automations, systems implementation, or operational tooling
- Hands on experience with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and webhooks
- Understanding of CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational workflows
- Strong problem solving ability and systems thinking mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast moving remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute reliably

**Bonus If You Have**

- Experience working with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
- Exposure to frontend or backend development environments
- Experience building AI driven internal business tools or operational systems
