We are part of a new HR Tech Group alongside Joberty, and our platform already works with 150+ tech companies across Serbia, Croatia, and North Macedonia.
We're now actively expanding our presence in the North Macedonian market and are looking for someone to help us build momentum on the ground.
**About the Role**
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow CompensationX in the North Macedonian market. This is a project-based, part-time role with performance-based (commission) compensation, ideal for someone who wants to own their results and earn directly from their delivery.
Your single mission: book qualified demo meetings with IT companies in North Macedonia. Once a demo is scheduled, our team takes over the full sales process: demo call, negotiating, and closing. Your job is to open the door.
You'll be working in the North Macedonian market, so fluent Macedonian is essential. All prospect communication (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) will be conducted in Macedonian.

**What You'll Do**
- Identify and research IT companies in North Macedonia as potential clients
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Qualify leads and book demo meetings for the CompensationX platform
- Hand over booked meetings to our sales team with clear context and notes
- Keep prospecting activity and lead status updated in our CRM and sales tools
**Who You Are**
- You're a self-starter who's comfortable with outreach and motivated by hitting targets
- Fluent in Macedonian (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with outbound outreach: cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Persistent and resilient, you don't take "no" personally and keep going
- Communicative, organized, and able to work independently without daily supervision
- Familiarity with the North Macedonian IT and business landscape is a strong plus
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR work is a plus, but a strong work ethic and the right attitude matter more
