**About the job**

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the planning, setup, and ongoing execution of client marketing programs at Digiperia.

This is a client-facing role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing websites, CRM setup, marketing systems, sales workflows, and digital campaign coordination. You will not be building websites or running ad campaigns yourself. You will be the person making sure the right work happens at the right time across clients, internal teams, and external partners.

**Minimum qualifications**

- Experience managing marketing programs, website projects, web development projects, or client-facing marketing operations
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how marketing work connects to client growth and revenue
- Clear communication in English, both in writing and on client calls
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing details
- Understanding of marketing systems, CRM platforms, email marketing, automation, and digital advertising well enough to coordinate the work
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to support research, writing, admin, and operational tasks
- Ability to review marketing analytics and turn performance data into clear recommendations
- Ownership mindset with the ability to follow through and keep stakeholders aligned without constant reminders

**Responsibilities**

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during program planning, setup, launch, and ongoing coordination
- Coordinate marketing website builds and ensure each site launches with the right positioning, content, and information
- Work with internal teams to implement CRM setup, tracking phone numbers, lead sources, sales workflows, and campaign requirements
- Coordinate sales systems including cold email outreach, setter and closer roles, and other lead generation workflows
- Manage multiple client marketing projects at the same time and keep timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned
- Collect, organize, and route client data to the right internal teams so onboarding and execution move forward smoothly
- Review analytics and marketing performance data to recommend improvements and coordinate next steps
- Keep clients and internal teams updated with clear follow-ups, meeting notes, decision points, and progress updates
- Improve templates, checklists, SOPs, and AI-assisted workflows to make recurring program launches cleaner and faster
