**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Tirana, Albania. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, preparing invoices, and supporting the senior accounting team with audits and other financial tasks. The role involves engaging with clients and adhering to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
- Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in an accountancy role is an advantage
