On behalf of our client, a leading construction company with residential and development projects in Southern Albania, Dimension HR is seeking a skilled
**Mechanical Site Engineer**
to join their technical team and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects.
- Location: Southern Albania
- Industry: Construction / Engineering
- Employment Type: Full-Time
*Key Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on construction sites
- Monitor HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and mechanical system installations
- Ensure implementation complies with technical drawings and engineering standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project teams
- Verify work quality, materials, and completed work volumes
- Prepare and monitor work progress reports and site documentation
- Support quantity verification and project cost estimation processes
- Conduct inspections and testing before project handover
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical procedures
*Requirements*
- Degree in
**Mechanical Engineering**
- Experience in
**mechanical site supervision**
for civil or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of
**HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical installations**
- Good command of
**AutoCAD**
and MS Office
- Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Driving license is considered an advantage
