**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Skopje, where some remote work is possible. The Senior CyberNet Professional will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust network architectures and cybersecurity strategies. This includes monitoring system performance, identifying vulnerabilities, providing timely resolutions, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and threats. The role requires project oversight, collaboration with cross-functional teams, customer consultation, and ensuring that systems align with organizational goals.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with cybersecurity protocols, vulnerability assessment, and threat analysis
- Skilled in managing and optimizing telecommunication systems and ICT services
- Proficiency with monitoring tools for system performance and reliability
- Experience with scalable and modular solutions for robust enterprise deployments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent) are a plus
- Prior experience in a leadership or senior technical role within the ICT sector
