**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. The Marketing Manager will oversee, develop, and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and identifying new opportunities for promotion. The Marketing Manager will also play a pivotal role in driving both physical store and online platform engagement through innovative campaigns and customer initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Marketing and Strategy skills, including experience with marketing strategy development, campaign coordination, and brand positioning.
- Digital Marketing expertise, including proficiency in online marketing tools, social media management, SEO, and analysis of digital performance metrics.
- Strong Communication and Content Creation skills, including copywriting, public relations, and presentation abilities.
- Data Analysis and Market Research capabilities to interpret consumer behavior, trends, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Project Management and Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools is preferred, as well as knowledge of the automotive industry and customer base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in team leadership and a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives are strongly preferred.
