RF Planning & Network Operations Specialist – Telecommunications
We are looking for an
**RF Planning & Network Operations Specialist**
with solid experience in radio network planning, performance analysis, monitoring and operational support activities.
The selected candidate will join dedicated teams focused on the management, optimization and evolution of mobile radio networks, working on
**4G/LTE and 5G technologies**
.
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Radio network planning, analysis and optimization;
- Network performance monitoring and radio KPI analysis;
- Operational support for network operations and maintenance activities;
- First and second level troubleshooting of network issues;
- Support for rollout, integration and technology upgrade activities;
- Radio coverage and network capacity analysis;
- Interaction with Engineering, Operations and Field Services teams;
- Support in the management of customer requests, reports and operational activities.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in
**RF Planning**
and/or
**Network Operations**
;
- Knowledge of
**4G/LTE and 5G**
mobile technologies;
- Ability to analyze network performance and interpret radio KPIs;
- Experience with monitoring tools, OSS platforms and radio planning tools;
- Knowledge of network operations processes;
- **Fluent Italian language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory**
;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Problem-solving attitude, organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multivendor environments;
- Knowledge of radio analysis and optimization tools;
- Experience in advanced troubleshooting and performance analysis;
- Familiarity with drive test activities and network optimization.
