Main Role
The role is focused on two main pillars: managing the B2B line and organizing tours (mainly for B2B clients). The position requires a combination of commercial and operational skills, with direct impact on business growth and service quality. Due to the team structure, flexibility and involvement in daily office operations are expected.
The company is currently in an expansion phase, therefore the role requires a dynamic and flexible approach, with room for responsibilities and benefits to evolve in line with business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Line Management
Managing relationships with business partners and B2B clients
Creating, following up, and finalizing B2B offers
Coordinating bookings and services for partners
Active involvement in the final phase of department expansion and structuring
2. Tour Operations
Planning and organizing tours and travel experiences (mainly B2B)
Creating itineraries and adapting them based on client requests
Coordinating logistics (transportation, guides, activities, accommodation)
Supervising operations to ensure quality and overall client experience
Additional / Welcome Responsibilities
Structuring and optimizing work processes
Supporting daily office operations (“wear many hats” approach)
Candidate Profile
Experience in tourism, B2B sales, operations, or similar roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create offers, itineraries, and travel packages
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with international partners and business clients
Flexible mindset and willingness to be involved in different operational tasks
Excellent English skills; additional languages are considered a plus
Experience with reservation systems, hotels, transportation, and guides is an advantage
