**Role Description**

The Digital & IT Manager leads the IT and Digital strategy and operations across multiple countries and brands, ensuring system stability, supporting business growth and delivering an optimal customer experience. The role manages POS and digital platforms, new openings, local collaboration and sets IT standards and governance, in order to drive operational performance and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

• Responsible for Digital & IT strategy across multiple countries and brands, aligned with business, operations and growth objectives.

• Management of POS platforms and key restaurant systems, including Oracle Symphony and legacy systems, covering configuration, integrations, upgrades and operational stability.

• Leads end-to-end technology for new restaurant openings and rollouts, including POS, kiosks, fiscal systems, hardware, network and external partners.

• Acts as the primary point of contact with global local and franchisor (Oracle, RBI, Acrelec, fiscal partners), ensuring compliance, delivery and resolution of critical issues.

• Defines and implements RACI models, IT governance and operational standards across all markets.

• Responsible for digital platforms for customers (kiosk, mobile, web), with a focus on availability, performance and operational adaptability.

• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing and external partners to deliver critical business initiatives.

• Manages incidents and escalations for critical systems, ensuring minimal disruption and rapid recovery.

• Builds internal documentation and standards, including IT manuals, onboarding/offboarding procedures and systems ownership models.

• Supports databases, reporting and analytics for operational and commercial decision-making.

**Qualifications:**

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Digital roles, with leadership experience

• Very good knowledge of POS systems and digital platforms (kiosk, mobile, web)

• Experience in local management and IT projects/rollouts

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, integrations and operational stability

• Strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration

• Very good knowledge of English
