**The Role in One Paragraph**

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is genuinely passionate about inbound marketing and funnels. Most marketing roles in the local market focus on social media, ads, and content as separate streams - this one is different. Your job is to connect those pieces into one clear, mapped journey that turns strangers into clients smoothly, predictably, and without anyone being left waiting along the way.

**Why This Role Is Different**

This is not a "post on social s and run some ads" role. We are building a real inbound machine - content that ranks, lead magnets that convert, automated nurture flows, fast follow-ups, and a clean hand-off to sales. We want someone who thinks in systems, not just in campaigns.

**What You Will Do**

**Build and run the inbound engine**

- Plan content (blog, landing pages, lead magnets, email) tied to specific funnel stages: awareness, consideration, decision.
- Work on SEO/AEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, content clusters.
- Manage paid and organic channels in a coordinated way, not in isolation.

**Map and improve the client journey**

- Document the full funnel — every touchpoint, every email, every automation — in a clear visual map the team can read.
- Identify where leads drop off and propose specific fixes, backed by data.
- Continuously test landing pages, CTAs, forms, and email sequences to lift conversion rates.

**Make sure no lead is ever left waiting**

- Set up and monitor automations so every inbound lead gets an immediate, relevant response.
- Define clear response-time targets and work with sales to make sure hot leads are contacted fast.
- Own the marketing-to-sales hand-off: clean data, clear context, no leads falling through the cracks.

**Measure everything that matters**

- Set up proper tracking (UTMs, events, conversions) and keep it clean.
- Build simple dashboards: traffic, leads, conversion rates per stage, response times, cost per lead.
- Report weekly on what is working, what is not, and what you want to test next.

**Who We Are Looking For**

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least part of that time focused on inbound, lead generation, or marketing automation.
- You have actually built or significantly improved a funnel — not just executed campaigns inside someone else's plan.
- Comfortable with at least one CRM or marketing automation tool (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar).
- Solid understanding of SEO basics and content-driven acquisition.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and reading numbers without panicking.
- Strong written English — you can write a clear landing page, email, or ad without it sounding generic.
- Process-minded: you document things, you map things, you do not keep the funnel only in your head.
- Based in Tirana or willing to relocate — this is a hybrid role, 4 days from the office and 1 day remote.

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology products.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience using AI tools to speed up content production and research.
- Albanian and English fluency (Italian is a plus).
