**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Senior Medical Sales Representative. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting Dream Pharma's products to prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. The representative will actively engage in product presentations, educate clients about the benefits of the supplements, and provide excellent customer service. Daily tasks will also include market research, reporting, and staying current with medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
**Qualifications**
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy, with an understanding of fertility and nutritional supplements
- Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, or Health Sciences
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is highly advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Tirana and travel as necessary
