We are expanding our e-learning team and looking for a
**Mid**
**PHP**
**Developer who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and actively improves systems — not just implements tasks.**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Developing and enhancing Moodle-based e-learning platforms (custom plugins, integrations, optimizations)
- **Proactively identifying improvements**
in performance, UX, and system architecture
- Taking ownership of features — from idea and design to implementation and optimization
- Collaborating with project managers and clients, while also independently driving solutions
- Ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable code
- Contributing ideas for new features, tools, and product improvements
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong experience with
**PHP**
**, MySQL, JavaScript (AJAX/jQuery), HTML/CSS**
- Solid understanding of
**MVC architecture and API integrations**
- Experience with
**custom plugin development**
(Moodle is a strong advantage)
- Comfortable working with
**Git and collaborative workflows**
- Familiarity with
**Linux/UNIX environments**
- Ability to write
**clean, maintainable, and testable code**
