This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You will communicate with existing registered players, welcome new users, follow up on key interactions, and reconnect with players who have become inactive. The role combines customer service, player engagement, and relationship building, with a focus on delivering helpful, personalised conversations rather than following rigid scripts.

The successful candidate will have a confident and friendly telephone manner, excellent spoken English, and the ability to build rapport while working towards agreed performance targets. All player engagement must follow company policies, data protection requirements, responsible gambling standards, and player communication preferences.
