Architect

MSA Konstruksion Sh.p.k, one of the most prestigious construction and project management companies operating in the Albanian market since 2005, is expanding its team and looking to hire a Architect.

Role Description

- Design and supervise the implementation of civil, mechanical, electrical, and interior finishing works;
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other architects;
- Prepare preliminary drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details) using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.;
- Review and revise plans according to client requirements;
- Develop detailed drawings, including technical specifications, materials, and installation methods;
- Oversee and review the work of architectural, mechanical, and electrical designers, as well as other project staff;
- Implement necessary changes throughout all project phases;
- Participate in the preparation of tender documentation;
- Monitor quality, timelines, and architectural materials used in construction;
- Coordinate with team leaders on architectural finishing works;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Technical Director.

Qualifications

- Degree in Architecture;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3DS Max (V-Ray), Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Revit, SketchUp;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Good command of English and Italian.
