**About the Role**
We're looking for a
**Social Media Manager**
who thinks in ideas, not just posts. Someone who sees a trend and instantly knows how to turn it into something that stops the scroll — and more importantly, gets people to comment, share, and engage.
At MALZA, you won't just schedule content. You'll shape how brands show up online, spark conversations, and build communities that actually care.
**What You'll Do**
- Develop content ideas and monthly calendars that drive real engagement — not just impressions
- Turn insights, trends, and cultural moments into concepts that feel native to each brand
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts that make people stop, react, and respond
- Brief and collaborate with designers and videographers to bring ideas to life
- Track what works, learn from what doesn't, and constantly test new formats
- Present content strategies and performance insights to clients with confidence
**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years of real experience managing social media for businesses or brands (not personal accounts)
- A strong portfolio showing ideas you've produced and measurable engagement results
- Sharp creative instincts — you know why a post works before the numbers come in
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook dynamics
- Excellent writing skills in both Albanian and English
- Ability to juggle multiple brands without losing each one's voice
- Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics
**Bonus Points**
- Hands-on experience creating short-form video (Reels, TikToks)
- Community management experience for a brand with an active audience
- Familiarity with paid social and how organic + paid work together
