**ROLE OVERVIEW**
Head Start is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Service Lead to manage daily business operations in Skopje. This role combines hands-on lice detection and treatment services with customer care and operational responsibility. The ideal candidate demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and strong personal accountability, and is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while reporting directly to management based abroad.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform lice detection and treatment services with precision and care
—
Ensure thorough completion of every treatment session
—
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
—
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to every client
—
Manage both in-clinic and home service operations
—
Handle daily payments, financial reporting, and cash reconciliation
—
Maintain inventory levels and ensure operational organisation
—
Serve as the local brand representative for Head Start in Skopje

Highly reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
—
Strong attention to detail and thorough in approach
—
Comfortable and professional when performing lice treatment services
—
Mature and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
—
Excellent customer-facing skills and interpersonal communication

Organised, responsible, and accountable with financial matters
**PREFERRED BACKGROUND**

Beauty therapist, hairdresser, or cosmetology professional
—
Healthcare worker, nurse, or childcare professional
**REQUIREMENTS**

Fluent in Macedonian; strong working proficiency in English
—
Valid driver's licence
—
Own clean and reliable vehicle
—
Comfortable working with both children and adults
—
Ability to travel abroad for an initial 2–3 month training period
