BENTOS is expanding their logistics team and looking for a
**Truck Dispatcher**
with strong coordination and communication skills to manage operations in the U.S. trucking market.

📍 Location: Skopje (on-site)

🕒 Working hours: 14:00 – 22:00 ,
Mo.-Fr.

**🔧 Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers across the U.S.
- Book loads and negotiate rates with brokers
- Plan routes and maximize truck utilization
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain daily communication with drivers and partners

**✅ Requirements:**

- Previous experience in dispatch (USA market preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
