**Role Description – Sales Development Representative**
This is a full-time role based, with flexibility to work alongside distributed teams across time zones.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel through consistent outreach and lead generation. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building a strong, qualified pipeline.
You will:
- Execute daily outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams
- Track performance and activity in CRM systems
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to directly impact company growth.
**Qualifications**
- Strong experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate pipeline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Prior SDR or outreach experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, not required
