**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for an Internal Accountant. The Internal Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of the office, issuance of invoices, review of payments, internal registrations, etc. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the management team to ensure the office financial health and providing insights to optimize operations.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and preparation of tax documentation
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Prior experience in the legal or consulting industry is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Albanian is required;
