**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site baker role located in Skopje, North Macedonia. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of artisan breads and pastries, as well as overseeing food preparation in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. The role includes monitoring ingredient inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring all baked goods meet Kanel & Co.'s high-quality expectations.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Production of high-quality Nordic pastries and bread
- Early morning preparation and baking
- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Contributing to the development of new products
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
**Who We're Looking For**
- Has experience as a baker (preferably with pastry/lamination)
- Is quality-conscious and detail-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is responsible and reliable
- Speaks English fluently
