**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid/office role for a Recruiting Specialist in the trucking industry, based in Skopje with some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiting Specialist will oversee the recruitment process for truck drivers, ensuring timely placement to meet operational demands. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, validating CDL Class A licenses and certifications, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. The role requires close collaboration with operations and dispatch teams to align driver recruitment with business needs.
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of CDL Class A requirements and experience in truck driver recruitment
- Understanding of DOT regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with trucking operations, including truck driving and unloading processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and operations staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience in the logistics or trucking industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial
- Experience with MED STOP and Tenstreet is a plus
