Work time:
Monday - Friday 18:00 - 02:00
Weekends - 17:00 - 01:00
🟣Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiries Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and policies.
2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
🟠Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
2. Fluent English
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

1. Knowledge of the retail or apparel industry.
