**Job Title: Junior Marketing Specialist.**
**Location: On-site, Delijorgji Complex, Tirana, Albania.**
**Employment Type: Full-time.**
**Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.**

Responsibilities:
● Support in planning and executing media buying strategies across digital platforms.
● Assist in campaign monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
● Conduct basic research on media trends and competitor activities.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements:
● Understanding of media planning, buying, and research.
● Basic IT knowledge (HTML & CSS) is considered an advantage.
● Good knowledge of Google Ads and social media platforms.
● Strong interest in advertising and digital marketing trends.
● Good command of the English language.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
