**Role Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Skopje. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling various communications. This role will require working closely with senior executives to ensure efficient operations and enabling strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and other executive-focused documentation
- Exceptional Executive Support capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing the needs of senior leadership
- Excellent Communication skills, including written correspondence and verbal interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance, with attention to organization and detail
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a corporate or investment-related environment is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Macedonian and/or additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
