We are a U.S.-based transportation company specializing in
**reefer and flatbed freight services**
across the United States. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who understands the trucking industry and can help us attract and hire the right talent.

**Schedule:**
Full-time, Monday to Friday

**What you’ll do:**

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Recruit CDL drivers and support staff for the trucking and logistics industry
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Work with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ensure hiring processes meet company and industry compliance standards
- Track recruitment data and report hiring progress to management

**What we’re looking for:**

- Experience in
**trucking / CDL recruiting**
- Good understanding of the
**logistics and transportation industry**
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus
