**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining a strong understanding of the local real estate market. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, providing recommendations, preparing client presentations, and negotiating sales and purchase agreements. Agents are expected to establish and maintain positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
**Qualifications**
- Hold a valid Real Estate License or equivalent credentials
- Strong skills in Real Estate knowledge and Real Property understanding
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with the Tirana real estate market and key investment areas is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
