**Senior Tax Associate**
to join their headquarters team.
*Role Overview*
The
**Senior Tax Associate**
will be responsible for managing
**tax reporting, tax planning, and compliance**
, ensuring alignment with
**local and international tax regulations**
, while supporting
**tax optimization strategies**
across the Group.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Support the Tax Manager in
**tax planning and tax optimization strategies**
, including
**transfer pricing, tax treaties, holding structures, and transaction structuring**
- Coordinate and monitor
**tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions**
, ensuring
**timely and accurate tax filings**
- Prepare and review
**corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and tax reports**
for Group entities
- Support
**M&A transactions, tax due diligence, and corporate restructurings**
- Liaise with
**tax authorities**
, supporting
**tax audits, inspections, and tax disputes**
- Monitor changes in
**tax legislation (local & international)**
and assess business impact
- Ensure implementation of
**Group tax policies and compliance procedures**
- Identify and mitigate
**tax risks**
across the organization
- Coordinate with
**external tax advisors and consultants**
- Provide
**tax advisory support**
to internal stakeholders
- Maintain
**transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, Intercompany Agreements)**
*Qualifications & Requirements*
- Degree in
**Accounting, Finance, or related field**
- Minimum
**4+ years experience in tax advisory, tax compliance, or accounting**
- Strong knowledge of:
**Corporate Income Tax**
,
**VAT (Value Added Tax), Withholding Tax**
- Experience with
**group structures**
**companies**
- Exposure to
**cross-border transactions**
is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
