Join us as our Application Support Engineer
**Tasks**
- Performing deployments and updates, primarily for the components Keykloak, JBOSS/Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat, and ActiveMQ
- Restarting application servers, services, or components
- Verification after deployment
- Replacing EAR and WAR files
- Updating configuration files
- Maintaining configurations
- Checking certificates
- Verifying integration with other systems
- Managing database connections
- Checking certificates
- Verifying integration with other systems
- Communicating and documenting work processes at the ticket level in the ITSM tool
- Creating and maintaining SOPs for various technical aspects
- Creating and maintaining update and installation processes
- Updating documentation and configurations
**Requirements**
- Good to very good English skills
- Demonstrable experience in at least 1-2 technologies (Keykloak, JBOSS/Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat, ActiveMQ)
- Enjoyment of working with direct customer contact Bonus: Linux/shell knowledge
- Bonus: DBA skills
- Bonus: Basic Java skills, deployment
- Initial experience in log/monitoring log analysis
- Demonstrable experience in a similar environment such as technical support, application management, or software development
