**Company Description**

JBC & Associates specializes in providing legal services, including business law, immigration matters, and real estate transactions.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our Tirana office.

**Responsibilities**

- Drafting and reviewing commercial and civil contracts;
- Preparing administrative appeals;
- Providing legal opinions for client matters;
- Communicating with public institutions for licenses and permits;
- Representation before courts and administrative authorities;
- Conducting legal research and supporting internal projects;

**Qualifications**

- Law degree; lawyer license;
- Experience or strong interest in commercial law and labor law is an advantage;
- Excellent critical thinking, research, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team to develop effective case strategies;
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt in a dynamic professional environment;
- Very good knowledge of English (Italian language is a plus).
