📍 Olimpiko | On-site | Fast-paced BHPH dealership
We’re not looking for someone to read scripts. We’re looking for someone who knows how to talk to people—especially when schedules are tight and emotions run high.
At our Buy Here Pay Here dealership, customers don’t just buy cars—they build relationships with us. And when those relationships need guidance, we need someone who can step in with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

**What You'll Actually Be Doing:**
- Calling, texting, and emailing customers to schedule appointments
- Following up to confirm appointments and send reminders
- Coordinating with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth scheduling
- Keeping customer and appointment information accurate and up to date
- Handling scheduling conflicts with empathy and professionalism
- Escalating issues when needed (missed appointments, cancellations, special requests, etc.)

**You’re a Fit If You:**
- Speak fluent English
- Great American accent
- Are comfortable talking to customers and handling difficult conversations politely
- Can think on your feet, solve problems, and stay cool under pressure
- Are tech-savvy (scheduling software, spreadsheets, communication tools, etc.)
- Have experience in customer service, call centers, or retail
