**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Skopje with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing online marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through innovative online strategies.
**Your responsibilities include:**
• Set up, testing and execution of digital marketing campaigns involving emails, forms, landing pages and programs
• Data loading, segmentation and distribution lists for digital marketing campaigns
• Producing regular and ad-hoc reports
• Marketing automation systems maintenance
• Working closely with our account and project teams
• Acting as an internal and external subject matter expert for client marketing campaigns
**You will be expected to:**
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders regarding their campaigns
• Be hands-on with marketing technology and client work
• Understand the importance of quality control
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Recognise where team support is needed and where you can support others
**Personal / Technical Requirements:**
• Degree educated or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in a marketing automation tool (preferably Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or Eloqua)
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment
• Understanding of QA processes
• A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who also knows when to seek support
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to successfully deliver marketing automation campaigns or projects from inception to completion within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Interest in learning and developing skills across Marketing Operations concepts and platforms
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads while adapting to changing demands
• A strong team player with a proactive and flexible approach
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
**Other skills / qualities that would be an advantage:**
• Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or Eloqua
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience with other marketing technologies, for example ABM platforms
• Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other front-end languages
