**Role Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Accountant for a full-time, on-site position located in Tirana, Albania. The Accountant will handle the daily financial operations of our clients, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations. Core responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing account reconciliations, processing tax filings, and conducting financial analysis. Additionally, the Accountant will support audits and collaborate with team members to provide insightful financial advisory services.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and preparation of financial statements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in financial analysis and data interpretation
- Familiarity with local tax legislation, payroll processing, and compliance requirements
- Experience with accounting software and financial tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and account reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in audit and assurance services is a plus
