**About the Role**
GR Albania is seeking an
**experienced Architect**
to lead
**design coordination and permitting processes**
for complex development and infrastructure projects.
The role focuses on managing multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating with public institutions, and guiding projects from concept through permitting and approvals.
**Key Responsibilities**
·
Manage and coordinate the
**full design process**
(from concept to detailed design).
·
Coordinate all design disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, infrastructure, landscape).
·
Manage and align
**external engineers and design studios**
.
·
Lead and coordinate
**development & construction permitting**
procedures in Albania.
·
Act as the main technical interface with
**municipalities, planning authorities, and institutions**
.
·
Prepare, review, and coordinate design documentation for permit submissions.
·
Manage authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions.
·
Ensure compliance with Albanian planning and construction legislation.
·
Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and technical approvals.
**Requirements**
- Degree in
**Architecture**
(master’s preferred).
- **5+ years’**
professional experience in design coordination and permitting.
- Proven experience working with
**Albanian authorities**
and permitting processes.
- Strong ability to coordinate
**multidisciplinary design teams**
.
- Good knowledge of Albanian planning & construction regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in
**English**
.
- Proficiency in
**AutoCAD**
(Revit is an advantage).
- Professional license in Albania is an asset.
